Wrap Round Extensions

Wraparound extensions are a combination of side and rear extensions that create an L-shape at the rear of a property. A "wraparound extension" literally wraps around two sides of your property, typically at the back and increases the width of your home. It might be single or double height.

A wraparound extension can provide approximately 15-60m2 of additional area, depending on the size of your home and garden.

Furthermore, side return and wraparound extensions are also appropriate for ground floor flats. However, in addition to the other statutory consents that we shall go through below, you may require a License to Alter additional permission if you want to extend your leasehold ground floor flat.
