Building Project Management

Building project management is also known as construction project management or CPM and is about organising the human and material resources of a building project.  What this means is the people involved and the materials needed to build whatever you are building.  This could be anything from a new build property to a house extension or even a commercial project.

We offer building project management for a range of projects for domestic customers.  Because we also offer the actual building work, we can combine the two elements to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.  We also have other tradesmen we can bring in to cover any specialist areas that are required and are outside our skills.

In addition, we can also project manage even if we aren’t the ones doing the work.  If you are looking for expert oversight or a neutral party to handle a variety of different tradesmen working on a project, we are happy to help.  The role includes the planning stage, help with cost management and budgeting as well as time and quality management and even administering contracts if needed.

Once the work begins, we will monitor the tradesmen involved and ensure things are running to schedule.  We can also handle safety management to ensure there are no health and safety issues on site and that all work is done to the latest standards and building regulations.
